Refund Policy

1. If due to our reasons, causing not shipping the product to customers, we will refund the product price.

Compensation time-frame

• If your original payment method is a credit card , the refund time period is due to each bank’s policy. In general, the credit card owner will receive the refund in the next billing cycle. if your original payment method is a debit card, we will process the refund within 30-60 days.

• If your original payment method is Internet Banking, we will transfer the refund to the same bank account that made the order’s payment. The essential document for identifying your back account is the copy of the bankbook first page with your signature. We will process the refund within 15-20 days after receiving the complete essential document.

2. We reserve the right to reject the refund request in the circumstances as follows.

•  Mistake in ordering by customers e.g. ordering wrong product, wrong amount of product.

•  Customers did not fill the discount coupon or gift voucher code.

•  Change of mind after the ordering process complete.

•  Shipping delays (If there is any, we will inform the next shipped date)

•  The present products that customers send to a third party.

3. We will process the refund in the circumstances as follows

•  Errors of our application or website e.g. customers are able to order the out of stock product.

•  Errors in cutting off the balance from our system.

4. We will process the exchange of product in the circumstances as follows

•  Printing errors.

•  Product not matching the order.

Exchange/return Process

-  Contact us via e-mail : [email protected] or LINE ID : @arnbook within 7 days after receiving the product.

-  After we receive the case, customers have to send the product, with the tracking number, back to us.

-  Attach the note that indicates order id, the return reasons, name, address, and telephone number. If customers do not indicate the address, we will ship the product to the same address in the purchase order.

-  After we receive and check the return product, it will take 1 week to process and ship the new, same name, product to customer.
